So Tony Karanfilovski is going to let them attach a plate to his original GTAM?

I read they are opening it up to up to '74 cars too, XBs, LH SLRs and some others, no doubt there won't be any rotaries in the mix though.

The GTAM is a replica, we interviewed Spencer Rice about the car at Sandown, think it might be up on the In Pit Lane Youtube channel somewhere. If not I'll see if I can find it and put it up.

Yep your right no rotary's, bad luck hey, my RX2 Coupe is resting in the garage, thats why were building a Charger V8, and what a frustrating mamoth task that is, try sourcing old mopar bits one word IMPOSSIBLE, having to fabricate, or spend hours on the phone to the USA, trying to get answers. But thru sheer determination, we are getting there. Engine is well on the way, and the body is going along OK .nearly all the bits are sourced. Hopefully ready for Darwin. The RSR Team are full steam ahead, we will be at Winton in a XY GT, the team has purchased a 2nd car, which Elliot will run till the Charger is ready, and after our pride of the fleet is race ready, a well known driver will pedal the GT, so were a 2 car team now, look out for the first outing as a 2 car team well be lookin real smart.

Nothing to do with luck! This category picks and chooses which cars it wants to race. So if they wanted to let a Rotary in they can but they choose not to.
Same as they are allowing Celicas and Escorts in now which are the same era as a RX3.
Your close to the leadership group Toothfairy, why no rotary's??

I may be close to the catagory managment, but I'm not on it!, wish rotarys were in, have tried beleive me, as late as last month, the answer was no. Remember I own one, would be 60k richer if we could run it, the task of being a pioneer in the Charger stakes is by no means an easy one. The rules are to say the very least , extremely hard to work with.
