Bobs Track Builder.

Hi just wondered if any of you circuit designers use this program.

http://www.bobstrackbuilder.net/

The tracks can be exported into a various games ,so you can go for a spin on it.

Would like to try some of your circuits if you have done any

cheers ,

Yes, its a very powerful tool but there's quite a steep learning curve. You can produce some quite convincing tracks if you use the RBR object library. Check out the instructional videos on Youtube if you haven't already seen them.

Anyone know if there will be an Rfactor 2 version?

Hi,
yes, I'm one of those. I like it a lot. It has its limitations, of course, but which software doesn't...

If you visit my thread you'll see a video of the BTB rendition of my most recent track.

I have a couple of tracks available, but none of them are 100% ready. I can upload them somewhere for you.

Well, first we should wait if there's gonna be a final version of rFactor 2... it's been in beta state for quite a while now...

Strange though, I've always assumed the track files BTB converts for rFactor would work for rFactor 2 too...

And, coming to think of it, it better does, since Piddy has abandoned developing BTB for quite a while now (though there was a time not long ago when he was considering picking it up again, but that seems to have died down since), so it's unlikely there'll be any upgrades for rFactor2...
