id hate to think how many victories kubica may of had this year. heidfeld on occasions is better than kubica, im glad he's filled his seat but he'll never keep it. the weird thing is what the advice about how long his rest periods are for his hand, will he trying and rush the recovery with f1's commercially orientated world will his urge for racing push the limits more than he should or will his physio force him to take the proper route and delay his return until at least the latter part of the year, unfortunately we know itll take him ages to return and will he ever find the race winning form from before. its just lucky renault are totally behind him and not putting anywhere near the pressure to return if he was driving for a team like hrt!

Ridiculous rumor about Kubica
In Istanbul, a Brazilian journalist claimed that Lotus Renault team parted ways with Robert Kubica. I've looked at the source - it's crap. EB laughed at rumors to terminate the contract with Robert Kubica. |

Kubica still needs to regain full function in his hand in order to be driving any F1 car next season or in some sort of test this season. Getting full feeling back in his hand is paramount to how he his able to drive any car to its fullest potential. Zanardi lost his legs, but the 'feeling' is all in the steering.
And the rumour is obviously just that. A rumour. |
