Peugeot 206 WRC question

It's been bothering me for a while, and now I want to share this with you:

In WRC the rule says the engine's max HP allowed is 300.
Wherever I read about 206, it says it's 330HP.
How?

300BHP is a ball park figure that the FIA wants to keep engines to.

A top WRC probably now produces 350BHP unnoficially but I can't see power getting any higher with the turbo restirctors. Torgue and drivability however will improve. The FIA seem happy with this situation as power will not reach 500-600 BHP as in Group B and unrestricted Group A.
