Mike Jordan Loves Marshals!
Just found this and thought I'd share it with you!
"It's been unbelievable. I've been completely overwhelmed by the number of messages, cards and phone calls we've had," said Mike. "It really does mean a lot to me that we've had so many messages from all over. The response from the whole of the BTCC paddock has been remarkable as well as that from fans and marshals. I just want to sincerely thank everyone who has taken the trouble to make contact." He spent yesterday (Sunday 22 October) at Croft overseeing his son Andrew competing in the final round of the British Rallycross Championship and was delighted when Andrew dominated both finals. "We had a great day yesterday and it was a brilliant end to a week that started rather differently for us! Lots and lots of the marshals at Croft stopped by to see how I was and that really means a lot to me." Top fella! |

Kind of makes up for the rubbish printed recently doesn't it.
Even better is fact that Mike has recovered so quickly. |

Mike crashed out at Knockhill and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy. Others could learn a lot from him.

Did you know that Mike used to give away his trophies to kids?
He also remembers who we are and will always have a chat. The only other driver that I would say holds a candle to Mike J is Mike Newton (is it something about the name?). |
