I used to own a F Vauxhall Junior which are essentially the same chassis, except fitted with slicks and wings, slightly bigger rear wheels, I think, and a Ford 2 litre 16v Escort Mk 3/4 “RS2000” engine.

I've got the original drawings for it in my loft.
There was one or two knocking around the Monoposto scene.

FForward used 8v DOHC engine found in late Sierras/ some Scorpios & some Transits.
MK5/6 RS2000 16v engine got shoved in some of them for Mono etc as it used the same block & (unlike the 8v unit) was capable of producing power....though it still was a very very heavy lump.
