Thunderstorms my ,you guys are just trying to put me off picking the winner in the Fans Competition, you said it was going to be thunderstorms in Melbourne,I don't think you could forecast the winner of a one horse race, let alone the weather 2 weeks away.
Anyway after much scientific calculation I have formulated the hypothesis that it will be fine and another Ferrari 1-2. Oh rats, now I've told you ,you'll pick the winner too |

Even the best weather forecasters can only predict the weather up to 8 days.

I don't know about Sepang, but at my place, which isn't THAT far away, i just experienced a 30hour continuous storm...non-stop...2 days back, and recently, it's been bright sunny days which can suddenly turn into a thunderstorm out of the blue.
A real lottery...but my local rain forecasts warns us of heavy rain and unusual rise in tides that may cause flooding on 20-21st (to prepare stall owners/residence to protect valuables)... and i believe this would probably affect Malaysia too. Jukebox, what's the forecast at KL? |

well... i dont mind a raining GP as long as the Ferraris have retired... Fisco will probably lead a Sauber 1-2 then IF Massa can keep it on the road (which i serioudly doubt!!)

Sepang was great the year the heavens opened on the second lap (was that 2001?) That was the year Schuey came through from nearly a lap down!

Looking at the latest forecast it still has "Scattered Thunderstorms" for every day of the week. You would think the weatherman would guess something more original

Why should we be surprised by such a forecast?
Isn't that the typical situation F1 find when going there in this period every year? Frankly speaking, a completely dry weekend would surprise me a lot. |
