Very very nice!!

Some of these races have been shown on our shores this year, fields have been abit thin, but i see plenty of potential in it from an excitement point of view.

True.
This week I read about German car manufacturers who took legal action against Chinese manufacturers because of "copy & paste" designing. I am wondering why Bentley never started legal action action against Chrysler.

Good to see the Superstars field growing. Definantly a series with potential, would like to see them run two races per weekend though.

But does Zakspeed have DC blessing or will the 300 end up being another Volvo C70 situation?

I'd prefer to see the single race made longer, perhaps becoming more of an 'endurance series', there are enough touring car sprint series in Europe.

They already have a race at the Nurburgring. Extending it into a pan-European series would be good to see in the long-term

Zakowski went bankrupt, but it seems to have had little effect on the race team (?)

That looks very nice indeed. To bad it's for that Italian series and not for DTM

AFAIK Superstars tries to expand into Europe. They had one race this year in Germany and the press release said they plan to have three German races next year.
They struggle to fill their grids with Italian teams only (mostly only a dozen of cars from what I see at their homepage), so bringing teams from germany or Benelux in, might be a good idea.

I don't read that zakspeed is bankrupt. The company is working in motorsport, tuning, hospitality and they have a race school at the nürburgring. Zakowski had the plan to race with ford in dtm at the beginning of the year.

I never heard that rumor? Which car or brand was the rumor about? Jag X Type? Ford Mondeo?

It isn't DC anymore - Chrysler aren't with Daimler so at least there is no Mercedes crossover anymore. Looks mean, although it has the aerodynamics of a brick, surely?

Superstars isn't DTM, so I can't see why they would need manufacteror blessing to race there.

According autosport.nl the name of the car is "Zakspeed 300C SRT" and do they not use the name Chrysler. With silhouette cars there are often problems with aproval from manufacturers (see V8Stars), but SuperStars cars are based on production cars so I don't see a problem to use the name Chrysler. But maybe it's a mistake from autosport.nl, according the same article SuperStars cars are silhouettes.

They race in SWC-GT too, well not anymore, no factory team next season, but a few privateers will run the ex factory cars.

I think you're confusing them with the Caddy CTS-Vs... I've never heard of Chryslers in SWC.

The 300C is used as the Safety car for V8 SUpercars. Tis about it.
