Two items for the site launch then.
1. The NW Dinner bun fight report. Just to correct matters in advance. I wasn't inebriated, I was just tired.
2. Testing tales from Anglesey 13th March.

BTW will the pictures on the site be the right way round

Diz,

the awards dinner is no probs as I will be around but Ian Sowman or Swift will have to update after testing as I am in Berlin on the Sat before going skiing on the Sunday for a week

PS Bolton r not good enough to play a reserve defence against a team gagging for a win.......Blue Nose yes I did leave early!!!

I think swift has major problems at present. He is 'sans computer'.

Remember what you have posted earlier Chris, or you lose our sympathy.

Sprocket,,, support Leicester?

Only if you can consume all of their crisps!

Leicester often play for a draw.........even when 3 nil up.

Couple of parish notices:

Firstly, I'd like to welcome Matt Beer to the clubff1600.co.uk team. Matt is highly experienced in motorsport journalism and PR, is a regular at Castle Combe and a great enthusiast for FF1600. He will have responsibility for the editorial content for the Castle Combe and Southern championships.

Secondly, if anyone else is interested in providing content to the site, which covers all four BRSCC regional championships plus the King of Kents, Classic, Historic and Northern Ireland series, please get in touch via private message. I'd be especially interested to hear from any photographers.

Thanks
Ian

with my old camera i could only really do still shots as it was a point and shoot digi one, this one will have a good pic resolution and a 10x optical zoom (40X if u include digizoom as well) and all fully controlable for all the various settings and stuff, ill have to see what i can do

Chris,
The first week of March is nearly over. Do you have an "official" launch date yet. I'm getting very excited now.

Think he's away at the moment. Hopefully we'll have something up in time for the Silverstone season starter.

Yes Diz as you know I have been away. The site is done just waiting for some info on the SOM from Ian!!! Inputting data at the moment. Will be live for the first SOM race but I am not sure on a def date yet as I am away for the next 2 weeks again so i may ask Ian Sowman to be in charge before the launch as I will not be around to sign it off as I get back on the 21st March (after the first SOM round)

PS Diz do you have any spare trophies? Someone took mine off the table last night????

He has it! The programme copy has gone off as well to Beckett and Addison, too late to change it to slate Dawkins now!

Hmm, why has it taken someone three weeks to move this to Cool Sites? In my opinion it is a genuine OSS thread and many users will miss it here...

While I'm on - thanks to Steve Burns at the BRSCC for sending out media forms to all registered competitor with an email address. Your help is appreciated!
