its impressive to lift that early in the chicane and spin ...................the white MGB is a beautifull one !!!!!!
It was possible for me to witness by having a broken TVR and the loudest van Diemen (lost exhaust + lost horses)
But altogether it was a top weekend with indeed lots of islanders. Car of the event - the blue white Grantura that won the Equipe GTS races-

Esper, who did the timing? I'm trying to find some results as I wasn't there.
I know a few friends were there, racing single seaters.

Terence didn't know your are a single seater expert? but the exhaust was already gone in the pix!!1. (Sorry Tatounet, any damage to your ears??? ) The blue car is very, very beautifull and popular belief doesn't affect my opinion. It was a nice race to watch and the better B's could hold on for several laps , then the weight factor began to play and the blue Grantura took a more comfortable lead. a very good reflection of history thats whats all about in historical racing

it was an ADAC race . our results are already (!)on the HMR monoposto website (I shouldn't recommend it. my results were very very bad apart from the myself organised BBQ for the HMR squad)
CFFC had a nice race but Harald didin't post the results yet, hope he'll do it soon.

Thanks for sharing the pictures Tatounet, some great shots there, I like the blue MG doing an impression of a dog about to “shake hands” at the chicane – they must hit the kerbs hard! Also good to finally put photos to Esper’s cars – very nice cars too btw

Sorry ,I thought you were using alloy. So it,s cracked in the usual place then, why not go the whole hog and go to the ally spec?

Did MGB's ever lift wheels in period ? ( serious question, I wouldn't have thought they where stiff enough ?) I'm amazed the roof doesn't pop off!
