Licence renewal forms are out, and looks like I can renew on line for a change. No Med or ECG if I’m quick!

Vote Corbyn and you'll never need a licence medical again.

Weather here being weird....sunny 38C yesterday, 41C today and then in the space of 20 minutes at 3.00pm it has dropped to 25C, with no rain in the forecast, although it is very blowy and bits blowing off trees.

And it is forecast to drop to 12 C overnight.

I'd take 25C over miserable November UK weather!

But as a drop, that is scary......

The Nordschleife must be closed now or are you testing winter tires, Terence? I wonder if Walter Röhrl is still working for Porsche in your area?

Under the new rules it seems I don't need a medical as I had a race licence this year and I'm 69, so won't need a medical until next year........but I tried renewing online and it only offered me the chance to have a rally licence - which I haven't had for many years........

Back to a paper application (at the increased fee of course (tho the saving on a medical will offset that).

Open this weekend, as it was for the two previous weekends. Looks like nice mild weather is back now. Weather depending, of course, it's planned to be open for three days before xmas🥶

Snow just makes it even more interesting😉😉

You forgot mention the blankets don't need feeding, Gerard, but I'd still rather have the dog!

Quite mild up here this morning, having had a few cold days but no snow, unlike the Loire.

Still haven't seen Le Mans yet, but hoping to on Tuesday. The timing is not very convenient but I think it is the last showing in Arras of the English-language version.

Thanks MIke. Very interesting. Used to love the 2 litre Sports cars of that ere like the Toj, Saubers, Lolas, Chevrons, March etc and of course the big cars also. Interserie was the cream. I remember going to see Interserie at Silverstone in c1974 when they had the big hp 917s there 512's et al..

Mentioning Lola, Les Weller (of Weller Wheel fame) his first job was working at Lola Les and I go back to the 60s when we had a lot of "fun", my old girlfriend used to work for him in his early days of wheel making.
