Ken Pettitt - 60s/70s Formula Ford and test driver

Hi everyone,

First post, so I hope I'm in the right place.

I'm trying to track some family history. My grandfather Kenneth Pettitt raced in Formula Ford and I think tested for a number of teams across single seater racing through the 1960s up to his death in 1973.

I was wondering if anyone had, or could point me towards where to find, programmes, entries, race results and records from that period, especially those from meets at Brands Hatch which would have been his home circuit.

I'm afraid I know very little about his life and racing career...hence throwing the next wide!

I've searched the forum for mentions, and only found this one post - a Formula Ford race from 26 Nov 1972, where he was due to race a Royale RP3 at Brands Hatch: https://tentenths.com/forum/showpost...89&postcount=6

Any help or advice on how to continue my search gratefully received!
