BTCC predictions 2021

Normally, the BTCC predictions thread consists of everyone making five predictions, and the winner being whoever gets the most correct. While this could be done as well this year, I thought I would try out a new method of doing the predictions thread in 2021. On racefans.net, there is an article every year, with twenty questions about the coming season to predict:
https://www.racefans.net/2020/03/08/...020-f1-season/

So I thought we could try this for the BTCC in 2021. Whoever gets the most right wins. So here are the questions:

1. Which drivers will win races in 2021?
2. How many wins will be scored by the drivers' champion?
3. Which of the following drivers will score the most points: Oliphant, Jelley, Morgan, Chilton?
4. How many of the rounds will be held with spectators?
5. Which drivers will leave their teams before the end of the season?
6. Who will retire from the most races due to crashes?
7. Which team will have the most retirements due to mechanical failures per car?
8. Who will Jason Plato's PMR teammate be, at the first round of the season?
9. Who will win the independents' championship?
10. Who will win the Jack Sears Trophy?
11. Who will win the teams' championship?
12. In which race will the drivers' championship be decided?
13. Who will score more points: Jack Goff or Aron Smith?
14. Will more races be won by FWD cars or RWD cars?
15. Will Jason Plato retire at the end of the year?
16. Who will win race one at the first meeting at Thruxton (first race of the season)?
17. How many of the 30 races will see at least one driver use wet tyres?
18. Who will score more points: Andy Neate or Jade Edwards?
19. How many drivers will still be in title contention going into the final round of the season?
20. Who will win the drivers' championship?

Notes:
For Q7, the number of mechanical failures is divided by the number of cars in that team, so for example Team HARD's total will be divided by four, but Speedworks' total will only be divided by two. MB and Motorbase shall be considered two separate teams.
For Q8, any answers that come in after it has been announced will automatically get that question wrong.
For Q19, that means race one at Brands Hatch, not race three.

Let's see how it goes

1. Turkington, Sutton, Shedden, Butcher, Hill, Morgan, Chilton, Ingram, Cook,

2. Seven

3. Chilton by a hair over Morgan.

5. I reckon at least one HARD driver. Can't see how Edwards has enough for a full season either when she had to drop out of Clios & Ginettas

6. Geddie

9. Sutton walkover

10. Boardley

11. Probably WSR though I think Ciceley has a stronger line-up

13. Jack Goff but won't finish in the top 12 championship

14. RWD

15. Yes

16. Shedden

18. Neate will get a few, Edwards zero

19. Two (Ash & Colin)

20. Turkington (though hoping for someone different).

With Dan Lloyd announced today at PMR, question 8 is officially removed from the competition. Nobody got it right anyway.

You might notice a pattern with my answers

1. Jason Plato! Shedden, Rowbottom, Turkington, Oliphant, Butcher, Sutton, Goff, Taylor-Smith, Morgan, Lloyd, Jackson, Ingram
2. 3
3. Oliphant
4. 10
5. Geddie, Butel,
6. Jason Plato!
7. Excelr8 TPC
8. Jason Plato!
9. Jason Plato!
10. Rowbottom
11. Team BMW WSR
12. 30
13. Smith
14. RWD (thanks to Jason Plato!)
15. Never!
16. Jason Plato!
17. 5 (1 for each letter of Jason!'s name)
18. Edwards
19. 5 (1 for each letter of Plato!'s name)
20. Jason Plato! will not win. Instead Shedden will clinch the crown.
