I suspect that Senna Proctor was offered a drive with Excelr8, but rejected it because he thought he could get a better drive, as he was in the running for the second Ciceley BMW. But he was beaten to that drive, and maybe others too, to drivers with more money or just better drivers. If that’s true, he’ll probably accept a less competitive drive in 2022.

While Bobby T might be likely at PMR, but the deal isn’t done yet, so still up for grabs. Proctor & others may well be pitching their case still!

It also suggests to me that the calendar is staying as is. I don't think they'd intentionally have a launch day in April if they weren't going to start for another few months.
