Unless Barry sells his REC Betty can't move, I think the whole thing is saleable but I also think that with the sponsor departures there's no way Betty would get now what she might have.

There may well be a clause in the original sale contract for the #99 REC that gives Betty the option to buy the 50% shareholding back with the price set by a pre-determined formula.

The cream will always rise to the top, but it has opened up the field on occasions, e.g. Stone Brothers breaking HRT's run of five championships on the spin in 2003 and BJR were very strong initially in 2013 before Triple Eight prevailed.

While it was the sponsors that gave Erebus the flick, had Grays stuck around, maybe Erebus would have had to have terminated the sponsorship.
