Wasn't he turned away last year when he tried to enter the car?

Only one z4 coming down, and Rotek now have 2 car's entered in class B, porsche and Audi...

entry list down to 48 now!

actually the list is down to 47 the class f mini and 135i are out, as is the M3 in Class C (GT4)

and one of the focus at risk also

Sad to hear we've lost more cars especially one of the Vitaphone BMWs. Hopefully we see Bartels/Mayr Melnhof and Klingmann in the one car.

That M3 has just been added to class D.

Modystach surely must hold world guinness records for most times added then taken away from an entry list.

I wonder if he will be joining the vita4one team?? Think he paid 35grand last year to get a seat.

also noticed Beric Lynton's Class D BMW 1M is not on the list as well.

as we've noticed with the 12 hr over the years, don't get too excited with entries until the actual race, a chunk of cars tend to pull out. It must be budget related one would think.

Always frustrating to see last minute withdrawals, even though it is always likely to happen. Need to take the positive outlook which is the world class additions of the HTP Merc, the Vita4one Z4 and the Nissan along with numerous world class drivers.
Fingers crossed that there are no more withdrawals, especially with the big boys.

Just watched Speedweek from Highlands with the GT's racing 1 Tony Quinn and Fabian Coulthard 2 Jason Bright 3 John Bowe with "Spud" Murphy/ "Cromley" Crompton running 3rd until blown tyre couple laps from home saw them finish 5th.

I caught that as well. Some great passing moves there.

If the McLaren finishes fifth at the mountain consider it a win.

Oh well for however long it lasts in the race (and as pessimistic I am about its reliability, I would like to see it do well) I'll enjoy seeing it lap one of the greatest racetracks in the world

Senna05 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I think having 47 (or a few less) is still a big step up from having 40 odd everyday production cars. This event has made a huge step up from it's first GT3 foray, and the internationals have made the race a real cracker.

I dont know how to prevent drop outs, but it's still one of the strongest fields I've seen at the mount in many years.

just saying in 2009 there was 47 "production " cars in the 12 hour

Given that the McLaren is very fragile, why isn't he running the Aston Martin?....Unless of course.....

I'll speculate on that, I reckon that he asked both Aston and McLaren if he could 'borrow' a factory driver, but only McLaren said yes.
