Rombles Racing rumbled their way to the front, taking out the round at Winton ahead of EBXR8 Red Bull Motorsport and ANZAC Racing. Zoom Motorsport and the Kmart-HSV Dealer Team rounded out the top five in this closely fought round.
Congrats to Winton wonders Shane van Gisbergen, Jono Webb, Tony d'Alberto, and Tony Ricciardello!

Hard Charger Award
Four teams took four places to move forth towards the front, each taking a fourth share of the fifth Hard Charger Award! The four faring forth were Rombles Racing, BlueBlood Motorsport, All-American Racers, and Kmart-HSV Dealer Team.


Biggest Loser Award
Exceler8 Race Team slipped 6 places after being left spinning their wheels in the sand trap. Shane's Signs Racing, Team MVMotorsport, JPMotorsport, and Andrew Denman Racing all dealt with their punctures in the more normal manner - pitstop - but it still cost them 3 places.

In a turn up for the books, the top 5 maintained station, although 3rd-place B.O.R.I.N.G. now need binoculars to see the two teams in front of them. They don't, however, need any optical enhancers to see L&P World Famous Racing looming up large in their rear-view mirrors, ahead of the neck-and-neck pair of Team Bourbonfone and Eagle Motorsport.

Me thinks that after a couple of average rounds, Eagle Motorsport will look to make some changes before the Triple Crown in Darwin.
