FIA GT Round 7 - Brno
in 2 weeks round 7 of the FIA GT at Brno, with a foolish clash with the Le Mans Series at Silverstone

yes thats a good news, but the IPB Lambo will miss, they will be at Silverstone, I hope they will finish the FIA season later

Larbre has 2 cars running in French GT this weekend. Assuming they only had 2 cars, they both now seem fixed! Hopefully ACA Argentina F550 will be back.

Hope they concentrate on the LMS next year , along with the FFSA .

There is a bit of a contradiction at this point concerning Larbre. DSC preview reports that they will have 2 cars this weekend, but the FFSA site only shows 1 Larbre Saleen on the entry list for Bouchut and Bornhauser. SO maybe the other car is just over seeing now that Saleen Inc has turned into a drag racing and amphibious vehicle company.

That's a massive shame to lose a great team like Larbre, hopefully they will be back later on in the year or next year.

its their 1st true failure with a car, winners with the Viper, the 550 GTS and the DBR9, now they strugled a lot in the 2 European championships with the S7-R and withdrwing from both now, if they stayed with AMR...

According to the entry list on Planet Le Mans:

1) Team Rbimmo / B-Racing are back with the Saleen, driven by Bernhard Auinger & Andrea Piccini.

2) Escuderia ACA Argentina are back with the Ferrari 550, driven by Esteban Tuero & MartÃ*n Basso.

3) K plus K Motorsport in GT2 with a Porsche 997 GT3 RSR, driven by Jiri Janak & Tim Bergmeister.

4) ARC Bratislava in GT2 with a Porsche 997 GT3 RSR, driven by Miro Konopka & Karl Reindler.

nice to see the Argentinian Larbre 550 back, the ARC Bratislava in GT2 ? seems that they dropped their Saleen, like Larbre did

Surprised to see the Rbimmo Saleen back-not surprised that Jos Menten isn't driving it!!
(I pretty sure Jos said that about the Saleen-if so it might've been both of them )

Very happy to see the 550 back on track again. Shame they didn't try Spa.

Re: The K plus K entry is-Tim Bergmeister related to Jorg Bergmeister??

On EI ARC say that they are not racing their Saleen anymore (from what I read into it-it was more a problem with paperwork/technicalities)

brothers I think? They shared a 911 in the German GT3 series last weekend

Tim is the older brother of Jörg and championship leader in the German GT3 series, the ADAC GT Masters. Tim raced last year for three races in the PWL-Ferrari in ALMS and in the past sometimes in the Porsche Supercup and German Carrera Cup.
