What became of the big $$$ 'fine' on Faulkner ?
Did anything become of the mega $ 'fine' that was imposed (by TEGA/AVESCO ?) on John Faulkner for not fielding an entry a few races back when all the TWR/HRT franchise saga was at it's peak ?.

"Liquidated Damages" is a fine when you arent having a fine... its a penalty a franchise owner has to pay to the TEGA organisation on the basis of being in breach of the Teams Licence Agreement....
For reasons not totally clear, the TEGA document likes using its own phraseology when simpler words would be much more understandable

Been there tried that, way too many with the loop holes.
Worse than that, way too with the attempted removal of rights afforded individuals and business' by the laws of this country; YUCK! Can't wait to see the day that TEGA/AVESCO does try to enforce some of the stoopid and badly worded statements it contains.

Actually GTR I have decided to answer the question
and I thought this should suffice:"One should always have an ulterior motive to every action, but none so obvious as to be seen by this lot.
