Escort TC should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Front Brake Escort Twin Cam

Hello, who can help? I am looking for a homologation no. 1524 for Escort Twin Cam in which is the AP 4-piston front brakes. All new homologation are without this brake, but have the AP rear disc brake in it. That is not normal. My inquiries to the German Motor Sport Association are to no avail.
