What an enjoyable telecast!

There was a serious lack of an annoying, scratchy, Brayshore-like, want to shoot myself in the head voice sprouting generic comments!

Has he had to jet somewhere else for 7 and will be back next round? Or have 7 finally listened to us and taken him off of V8 duty?!?!

I'm worried I'm getting excited like I did last time, he was back within a round!

7 - Please, please, please, please assign this man to a different project and keep him away from commentry.

Noon's is a-ok! Bring back Lee, just get rid of White, perminantly!

May also be to do with the fact that given his Today Tonight commitments he never would have gone to Bahrain, thus he probably wasn't required for the Bahrain replacement round.

Good, good and good, today tonight and horse racing... Two things I don't watch. Is it too much to ask that he stays there, seven keep him doing other things and we never see (and more importantly HEAR) him ever again on a V8 telecast?!?!?!

Matt is okay. Personally, I'm getting tired of Crompton and his techno-babble.

Memo Neil: just say "Lift off the throttle" rather than "reset for a zero throttle percentage". It means the same thing.

Thankfully James Allen was far worse then Matty White (and stuck to F1). But if I had to choose between Noonan and Matty, Noonan would win, no contest. He did a great job on the weekend, hope they keep him in the box.

He was pretty good, wasn't he! He's a motor-racing person through and through so that would aid the quality of the coverage, definitely.

Btw, was Noonan the same guy who couldn't pronounce the international drivers' names at Bathurst last year?

Noonz is the David Middleton of Motor Racing in Oz SSbaby. His name should never be linked to that embarassment. He has been doing a great job in the support classes and did a 1st class job on the weekend.

if i was Crompo sitting next to him at Surfers when he said something along the lines of "its a dogfight" i would have either cringed, looked at Skaife and rolled my eyes, or slapped MW in the back of the head. Sure he is trying to get some association with the blow in non-regulars, but it really isn't necessary and demeans the performance of the others. Noonz works a treat alongside MS and NC, leave him in there.
