RuSport Out

No RuSport in 2008.

Not completly unexpected after CDW said that they were leaving. So where to now for them, Justin & Dan Petit? If Petit goes back to PKV I think CDW are unlikely to do the same (considering they were happy with Justin, but not the team). Wilson & CDW to Newman/Haas/Lanigan, Minardi, IRL or ALMS? This also leaves us down atleast one car, unless PKV wants to run a third entry next year (but if they can get the money, why not? Considering that they already own three cars, and all will possibly be racing in Mexico).

Hopefully Justin is now favourite for the NHL drive. Tag will get a drive somewhere because the series needs to support the Canadian ra.... uh, I mean because he's a talented driver.

fazzaz has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I'd bet that CDW is done with racing sponsorship, and will turn up shortly as a sponsor for professional golf. I'd bet the company thinks this would be a better way to reach (and to entertain) the people who make buying decisions for their products.

Is Tags in trouble? I thought RuSport and Rocketsports had re-seperated?

Ergo, just the #9 entry is gone.

...well, apart from the fact that Rocketsport Racing will probably dissappear due to lack of budget anyway.
