BSA Susie should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Trucks at Thruxton this w/e (5th/6th Aug)

As I am still plastered, I'll be there as a spectator on Sunday with my husband and 2 boys.

Say 'hi' if you see me, I'll be the one on crutches with an orange right leg!

I'll look out for you, Balders. I hope to be there from just before church break, we'll be going to the campsite so I will look out for you too Steve.

I went one better than being poorly at Croix and broke my ankle at Goodwood FoS the following weekend. Full-ish story can be found on Most Embarrassing Moment thread.

I had a great weekend on post 8 the guy's were great all mucking in when things needed doing. The lorry racing was unbeleaveable how did they keep the things on track at times, and the powersliding through the corners.

Were you one of the guys who ran to that Ginette, last lap of the first race on Sunday? I bet that felt like miles when you wer out there. Great, clear arm singles for a rescue unit, I could see it from the spectator bank at post 5. Well done.

That was me. I could see I was going to need a doctor long before I got to the car so I put my hand up on the way. And yes it was quite a long run

In that case you caused me an embarrassing moment. I was on the rescue unit at the complex and we had we had three newish people out with us. There was a waved yellow at the exit of the complex and we were paying attention to that and wondering what was happening (as we cannot see further round).

I said "not much happening there - look how the flag marshal is being deliberate with that yellow - no urgency - you can always tell".

Next moment we got sent to the Ginetta.

(Not saying that the flag was not clearly displayed - just not being waved to death! )

Regards

Jim

Saw you wandering around the paddocok on the Sunday Susie, complete with cast and tribe.
Too busy trying to avoid being run over to say hello - my apologies.
Pete.
