Funny how he won Indy Lights in 1992 then took a backward step to Atlantics in 1994 - think he needs to get out a bit more, though saying that, he got a young wife

Hang on? Isn't the 2010 Champcar World Series disguised as Superleague Formula?

I reckon it is an rFactor-based fantasy. He said he was testing at California and showed pictures of a car in the pits at the 2007 Sebring test.
Sounds like a fun little fantasy. Makes me get all misty-eyed over ChampCar. Chris |

Bloke looks like a younger, chubbier Paul Tracy
Brilliant website though! Wonder if later in the season he'll have Joe Tanto as his team mate |

Well the next race is at Belle Isle (a mash up of clips from Montreal, Chicago and Toronto ensue...)

No Vancouver? CCWS I think was a big downfall IMO, should have kept the series NA with some SA flyoffs. Or maybe a NA/SA series and a European Series, possibly Asian series and then some WC events with teams from all series'. Needs less street courses I think (Cleveland, Detroit, Long Beach, Vancouver, Toronto, Mexico all good IMO), Sebring full course race, Mosport, Miller, Sears Point, Hermanos-Rodriguez, Rio, Interlagos, Buenos Aires, San Luis, Miller Park, The Glen, all kinds of good tracks in NA/SA. That;s just what I think.
That Champ Car sound he has on his site is an ear orgasm. |

It got me. I saw Denver & Portland on the list and almost bought plane tickets. My last in person Champ Car events were Vancouver BC & Denver in 2004. I miss Champ Car & I really hate IRL. But I will watch Long Beach this weekend, and F1 in China.

If it weren't for the variety of tracks I wouldn't bother with the IRL.

Having looked at the website, something that crossed my mind was actually how uncreative it all was-you'd of thought for such a fantasy they'd of at least made the series be as good as it was in it's heyday.
anyway, at least Champ Car lives on in some wierd form. Indy Car isn't the same. |

no qualifying results as of yet-this is a farce, what poor organisation!
at this rate, someone is going to have to form a breakaway! |

Pagenaud to the top of the points after a great victory in Mexico. I always said Simon was a talent!
Plourdes third and fourth, with the fatter, nerdier, uglier one coming out on top yet again... |
