No, Lotus wants to build a LMP2 car themselves. Hybrids are not allowed in LMP2.

Lotus has higher aspirations than LMP2. Claudio Berro suggested maybe an entry into LMP1 in 2014.

Granted, I'm not sure where all this money is coming from for Lotus to be entered in every racing series outside the riding lawnmower racing league.

Dallara maybe building the Lotus P2 as they are involved in the GTE.

With Zytek it would help narrow down the candidates if it was know whether this is a badging exercise, or if someone has comissioned them to build a new chassis/engine.

The former could literally be anyone but the latter would need serious bucks.

The Flip-ups as far as i remember has always been sideways, never CLR-like!?.
So can't see why they should be banned (which i haven't heard a thing about)
