trahsub should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Why not taper BHFs like F1 cars?

Watching F1 races, our beloved LMPs would (could?) look better with the fins tapering down towards the back of the cars. I suppose the reason for their continuation to the rear wing area is considered safer?

It's amazing how the taper makes a pretty big difference in aesthetics.

Good idea but what about the open-cockpit LMPs still existed or planning to make?

But if you want to taper the BHFs, then make those LMPs into closed-wheel single seaters just like Formula One.

I think they serve two different purposes. Or at least that was the intent.

Because they aren't shaped to look good (and have succeeded admirably in that regard) but rather to raise the speed at which a car will lift off

What about roof flaps like NASCAR uses?

I realize it won't work on open top cars, but they could be on all P1 cars in 2014.

Maybe its an issue of the coupe ..... as the open top would create downforce in sure ?

Maybe coupes should be banned for asfety reasons ?
