Shame if this rumour is indeed true. Has the team said anything yet?

And what a lineup in the #56 CRS Ferrari! Very strong indeed.

If this does happen, that's it!!!! This would almost certainly be the winning team in GT2.

While Vilander, Bruni, Melo & Kaffer would be a formidible 4-some, there are some other very fast GT2 teams out there, not the least of which is Long, Leitz & Narac, who have already shown they are faster than the fastest of the 430s on a quick track. If Porsche has addressed their reliability issues (and there's no reason to think they haven't) they will be hard to beat. The GT2 race at Spa this year could come down to 3 to 4 very fast Porsches (59, 60, & 76) and 3 to 4 very fast F430s (50, 56 & 77). Looks like one great race forming up.

I think we can remove Chad Racing from the entry list as their 997 rsr is up for sale now.

I don't think that's the problem, LAA had an entry at both the FIA-GT race and at FFSA-GT the two weeks after Le Mans. Seems there should be a running car.

They've done no work on the car for anything beyond 1 hour sprints, so I doubt they'd bother to enter. Likely a waste of $$$.

Kaffer's not technically a factory driver as far as I understand, but his links are good. Melo is a safe bet - 3 drivers? Or Salo as well as Melo?

Could be for sale after the meeting, but I bet they have not sold seats.

Barwell is bringing a GT3 Aston Martin DBRS9 to Spa with Eddy Renaud, Koen Wauters and Jeffrey Hooydonck.

I'm interested in seeing how the Matech GT3s times compare to the GT2 times. Weren't the GT3s actually faster than most of the GT2s at an earlier round?
I don't know if Rosenblad pays for his drive, but both he and Pier Guidi are very good drivers and I'm truly excited about seeing Carl back in a race car, and a Vitaphone at that!

Sad to say, the preliminary reports of withdrawal of the LAA Corvette have come true. Quite depressing that!

PLM shows Vilander/Bruni/Melo/Companc in 50 and Lopez/Cadei/Russo/Kaffer in 51. Let's hope that the last drivers got reversed...

Remember BMS's performance had to do with the quality of their Pirellis in the weather at Spa last year.

Shame about LAA withdrawing and as a result Xavier Massen has been put into the Team Brazil Corvette, good for them.

I'm not happy about Companc being in #50, that's not going to help them at all. As has been said Kaffer should replace him, what are Ferrari thinking??

Very very clever from AF Course. They never miss a trick.

Stick a bronze satus driver in your line-up who will drive for 45mins and you spend the other 23hours and 15 mins with a car 50 kilos lighter than your main rival at Prospeed.

Expoitling the rules?? Yes

Clever?? Extremely
