Brands GP Formula Renault Test
OK, I admit it, I'm the first one to break (but always the last one to brake).
Brands Hatch Formula Renault Test, Thursday. Top five will be: 1. Watts 2. Long 3. McLoughlin 4. Bell 5. Hamilton Top 9 within a second. Just so you all know, Mr Kimi Sir still holds the race lap record around there. |

1. Watts
2. McLoughlin 3. Hamilton 4. Rudholm 5. Legge Top 8 within a second. We've got 87 teams registered at www.fantasyformulrenault.com now so come on everyone muster up your mates - it would be great to get over the 100 team barrier before the start of the season. |

As an aside to the above, has anyone got definitive news of the final team driver line-up. I know Paul Warren has gone from CDR, have they announced a replacement yet. Also there are rumours of at least two other drivers changing before the start of the season - is van der Ende now definite?

Long Viso Davison Bell About the Van der Ende thing - I could of predicted an Aztec driver would be first to jump ship - who wants to be sitting 30-odd places behind pole every race? Well, Van der Ende obviously. Rob Kemp has finally persuaded him to join the most dismal team in FRenault - who could resist a free drive? However, just as Colin Brown's talents were shrouded by Aztec's cowboy outfit, I expect V d Ende will also struggle. Anyone know what Chaz Small is up to? A move to FF perhaps? |

Will the race be on TV (even at a later date)? or is that just wishful thinking?

This is getting slightly predictive in itself but here you go anyway.
1. Bell 2. Watts 3. Mcloughlin 4. Long 5. Hamilton there you go. back to work. Which incidentally stinks today. They are painting. |

Ah well, apparently the weather was gorgeous at Brands (according to a now slightly more tanned bella), and we were all hopelessly wrong about who would be fastest.
Fastest five were: 1) Lewis Hamilton 2) Mark McLoughlin 3) Robert Bell 4) Robin Rudholm 5) Danny Watts Which means the winner was kbudden, with a very good 6 points, followed by everyone else, with bella in last. Jonny Apex got the exact number to be within a second, 9. Full scores are: kbudden 6 Jonny Apex/pb btcc/paulzinho/BAR Babe 4 Paul Rayner/sgrok 3 bella 2 Charles Hollings had a big crash at Dingle Dell and managed to break his car in two. D'oh! He says they think it might have been a pushrod breaking when the car landed from the jump. |

I hope I am wrong and he does well but I kinda know it wont. Last edited by DavidStHubbins; 28 Mar 2002 at 17:53. |
