Fred Bromley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Mallory Park April 25th 2004 Marshals Wanted!

BARC are running a meeting at Mallory on April 25th and are in desperate need of Paddock & Assembly Marshals. If you can hel, or know of anyone else who may be able to help either contact Karen at BARC HQ Thruxton on 01264 882210 or PM me and I will pass your name & address to Karen.
The timetable for this meeting is published on the BARC Web Site: www.barc.net.

Hope to see some of you there,

Fred

Fred, how many have I got? Can I spare you any or can we assist by doing assembly for you?

Don't know exactly how many, HQ asked me to get some! SO I may need you to cover assembly as well if you have got enough!

Sure, no problem I'll just bring the broomstick and fly around on it all day!!

Can the mods make this a hot topic please?

I'd help Sheila if I wasn't poncing about being a journo, but at least you've persuaded me to do an event the following week!

Fred,

Andrew and I had a spare day on the 25th, but seeing as it's you....Been saying for a while I'd like to try different disciplines anyway, so we'll happily give assembly/paddock a go as long as someone point us in the right direction! Will also see if my mate can join us - she's a trainee who has worked with Sheila before and wants to specialise in off course.

I've already been in touch with Karen to save you a job.

We're not paddock or assembly marshals, but having seen the timetable, Kaybee & I will be there! Looks like a great day's racing - no single-seaters!

By the way, can somebody get that BARC website fixed? The background graphic doesn't load in Opera, which leaves me with the option of either using Internet Exploder or trying to read black text on a black background!

I don't know if assembly/paddock counts but you are welcome to come along and marshal out on the bank!

Doh - other half reminded me I'm going out in Liverpool that evening - I don't suppose paddock marshals get off by 4pm...?

Not even at Mallory, but you do need to be out on the bank to get a signature!

Its for championship points, rather than an upgrade signature, so paddock marshalling would be fine - but looks like I can't make it anyway - sorry.

Graeme you are always welcome to come and join me in the pits if you wish. I find drivers are very useful when it comes to exit lights!

Pete thanks for your offer to do assembly.

Fred I think between Pits Paddock and Assembly we've got it covered now!

Always glad of extra help. PM me and let me know what grade you currently hold so I know what level of training to start you on.
