RF_Racer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Even if it is a few years old it should not just fall apart.. if thats the case there are plenty of old F1 cars racing in Euro Boss and other championships which would be a hazzard.

I didn't say it was irrelevant in the sense of a safety issue. I said not relevant to F1.

The mould is in several parts to allow it to be removed from the outside of the final product.

The materials are placed around an inner mould, then the outer mould is put into place and tightened up. Then the part is baked until hardened. Then you remove the inner and outer moulds. I would think something like this would be a 1 piece construction of multiple materials to benefit from CF's strength.
