Yes, racing was good, especially being at Oulton Park. Expected a lot more safety car running! Looking forward to the next rounds.
Quite a few cars seemed to have mechanical issues though, perhaps a side effect of a lot of 'older' cars? And just the slight bias from commentary in Race 2... |

Good racing all round. Once a few of the drivers/teams have got on top of their cars, there could be some very close battles for the top 10.

Good racing but one thing that really bugged me and made it look a bit like a club series rather than the premier series it should be was the race numbers. Different sizes, different positions, some with drivers names, some with flags, one car even looked like the front numbers were made out of insulation tape.

Are the races available to view anywhere (in full or highlights)? From what I saw/heard over the weekend it looks like a big step forward for this championship this year.

Rounds 3&4 on the Donington Park GP layout this weekend. Alex Ley has confirmed he will be entering from this weekend.
Will be good to see touring cars on the GP loop, 2 tight hairpins should invite a few last minute lunges. |

Another Cupra added to the grid for Neil Trotter. If I understand it correctly, they have the new spec Cupra Competicion but aren't using it? |

Maybe it hasn't been delivered yet or is still in the process of being built Interestingly Jamie Tonks has put his Cupra up for sale. New Car or not returning? https://racecarsdirect.com/Advert/De...r-dsg-with-abs |

I read that as they have only just taken delivery of the new Leon and aren't ready to race it yet.
As for Tonks, I wonder if he has picked up a sequential car? |

According to the Touringcartimes article Trotter gets his new car later this year.

Rob Butler's Golf will now be run by Garage 81 rather than JW Bird. Garage 81 will also helping run Trotter's Cupra, although still entered as Chameleon Motorsport.
Callum Newsham out due to illness; Mark Havers also out after a crash at Snetterton a few weeks back. |

It was absolute carnage at times, but thats what touring cars are about!
Shame to see tyre issues impacting some peoples weekends |

Can anyone possibly direct me to the timing results for past TCR UK events? I looked and searched the TSL site but only found rounds from 2022...?
