Reynard Ilmor V8

Hi. Very interesting pics of Dan Daly`s Reynard Ilmore V8. Good results too.
I am in the marked for a BOSS GP car. My budget is limited. Will a Reynard Holden 3,8 with 380 HP be an hopeless back marker? Comments anyone?

Forgive me, but I don't get this, to quote Martin GTS, "Boss GP is on the right way & Christian is doing his job very well" Having taken advantage of years of hard work by Roger Cowman, adding the backing of the wealthy teams, how come we have less cars on the grid at Spa than EuroBOSS managed in 2008 and exactly the same as in the recession hit 2009? (similar story at Hockenheim) Am I being cynical but are we seeing the use of wish lists? and not entries. I hope when EuroBOSS finally gets going this year, it can get over the damage done by the aforementioned, because I understand that RC has a couple of aces up his sleeve (better not say more at the moment, in case I am wrong).
Anyway on a more positive note, well done to Tony Hansford (& RC for organising it for Tony) for the Knockhill demo in the fabulous but troublesome Arrows.

I think it would be towards the back; how hopeless would depend on the drivers ability. Although it hasn't detterd peaple in the past!

we did a back to back test with a Lola T96/50 Holden @ Hungaroring 2 or 3 years ago.
It turned out to be about 2 to max. 3 seconds off a Zytek KV engined car.
Depending on the driver, i think you could still do ok running a Holden Alloytec in BossGP or EuroBOSS...

It is also a very nice 94 Reynard Indy (Helmgarn) for sale, and also a Lexus Toyoto 1UZ engine. To me it sounds like a good combination. Comments?

Over the weekend I edited my dad's (Jean-Claude Monbaron) onboard video from Sunday's BossGP race at Spa and thought I post it on here for others to see.

Anybody here with more info on the entries for the race at Zandvoort this weekend? I know Klaas Zwart will try to run his Jaguar R5.

I will not attend this weekends race though it's my "home race". The Masters is a great event, but very crowdy and i have enough to do in/around the house this weekend.

So my next race will also be on the Nurburgring. Will go on saturday if all goes according plan.

Interesting that F.Master cars are deemed eligible... I wouldn't consider them "BOSS" cars.

From what i've heard it's based on laptimes. The Formula Masters cars are able to run midfield in de the BOSS GP. But i agree with you, i don't think it's a Big Open Single Seater.

I really love BOSS racing, and enjoy almost all of the cars in BOSS GP (and EuroBOSS, and ex-US BOSS, and HSR BOSS Supercup, etc.).

However, I just had to put together an small edit of footage I captured from today's race specifically featuring the beautiful Champ Cars.
