More seriously, Harris, Ferrier, Wills, Rose and maybe Kelly will fight it out.

Whoever wins, I think it will be great racing.

Elephino- you should know not to knock number 57...

I can only narrow it down to a top 7 (in no particular order..)
33 LEANNE FERRIER
73 SIMON WILLS
88 CRAIG HARRIS
90 DALE BREDE
93 MICHAEL SIMPSON
96 OWEN KELLY
500 ALAN HEATH

I say watch out for Phonsy Mullen ..he was a pocket rocket in commodore cup and may pull a surprise or 2 in Lites.

you would have to think Wills will be up the front along with Craig "Longhurst" Harris and Mal Rose will be there as well..not sure about Ferrier..she was great in F Ford..but may take some time to adjust to the V8.

If Dumbrell can keep it on the track he will be good and its about time Wyhoon showed us what he can do on a circuit instead of an oval..

my picks

1.Simon Wills
2 Craig Harris
3. Paul Dumbrell or Allan heath

I was not saying anything against #57. #145 on the other hand

Apart from that, I don't think Heath has the car, or didn't before, to get him far enough up the grid.

I can't believe you guys rate Dumbrell, my tips are:-
1. Simon Wills
2. Owen Kelly
3. Craig Harris

I suspect Wayne Wakefield may only miss round 1. In which case he would get into my top 3.
