alfano pro infared pen
hi .... i have a problem with this unit ... i have DL the pc software and DL the driver for the pen .... (its a serisl port connoctor) i purchessed a serisl to usb lead and loaded the driver for it too ....
i am running vista as a OP ..... can any one tell my why this dam thing wont DL from unit to PC .... ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME |

Nothing I have found in a cursory search on the Internet suggests that this device is compatible with Vista. A lot of data logging software isn't fully Vista compatible yet.
Most good electronics suppliers will be able to provide technical support if you contact them directly. I suggest you don't call it a "dam [sic] thing" straight to their support engineers though. |
