For low down on the grid and made a great last minute call to not pit under SC.
The prayer beforehand meant that love concerned all. The dream has been manifested. And I voted for him because he’s English and I want his babies. |

Hamilton for sure. Still won despite his team not having a clue what they were doing... Kudos to the Hulk and Fat John. And yes, I felt for Kimi. I was sitting there telling Vettel to pass him if he thought he could - and the reality was that he couldn't.

Lewis, it couldn't possibly be any other. I take the point about the help from team orders, but 14th to 1st! Looked imperious on slicks in the wet, whereas Vettel did what I would have probably done in the circumstances.

I'd like to vote for Kimi and roBottas, since they both got bent over by their respective teams.

Lewis, with kudos to Valtteri and Kimi for what the previous poster mentioned.

Got to be Bottas. Caught his team mate, looked capable of winning and then played the team mate role without so much as a whimper

Hulkenberg for me.
I can't give it to any of the usual top 6: * Vettel: got team orders in his favour, threw it off the road * Raikkonen: didn't win, let Bottas get past * Bottas: didn't beat his teammate * Hamilton: got team orders in his favour, got a lucky escape with just a reprimand for his pitlane (non-)entry. * Verstappen: did nothing spectacular. No passes, no accidents. Did he even participate? * Ricciardo: didn't advance as quickly as I thought he would. DNF. |

My vote was a toss up between Hulkenburg and Grosjean - went with Grosjean in the end as he could easily have binned it as well given how his season has gone so far but he kept it all together and got a good points finish. |
