snatch man should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
donington dates (Unoffical)

These date do not come from Donington but from various club web sites so there may be some missing or have changed

April 2nd HSCC
April 30th Top Hat
May 6th MGCC
May 7th Barc
May 13th to 14th 750 MC
May 20th to 21st F3 & GT
May 27th to 28th BRSCC
June 4th BRSCC
June 17th to 18th BRSCC
July 29th to 30th BTCC
August 5th Britcar
Augusr 24th to 28th LMES
September 8th to 10th Renault world Series
September 17th 750 MC
September 23rd to 24th See Red
October 7th AMOC
October 21st to 22nd Dunlope Festival

As I said these date have come fron various web sites and may have already changed

Not sure about 21/22 October still being correct (Nothing on BARCs list, and the Dunlop meetings are theirs)

After checking the BARC website I think you may find that there will be some changes to the BARC availability forms.

I have it that the MGCC & BARC are both at Donington on the 7th May. My imagination is working overtime!!!! Especially if BARC had a round of its MGOC championship!

Donington availability form now says (any changes from the initial posting are highlighted):

April 2nd HSCC
April 30th Top Hat (BRSCC)
May 1st Top Hat (BRSCC)
May 6th MGCC
May 7th Barc
May 13th to 14th 750 MC
May 20th to 21st F3 & GT
May 27th BRSCC (28th deleted)
June 4th (BRSCC?)
June 17th to 18th BRSCC
July 29th to 30th BTCC
August 5th Britcar (BRSCC)
Augusr 26th to 27th LMES (BARC) (BARC info suggests 25th as well)
September 8th to 10th Renault world Series
September 17th 750 MC
September 23rd to 24th See Red

October 21st to 22nd Dunlop Festival
November 4th Britcars (?)


So what will be the first change to this list then?

39 meetings on the form in 2003 compared with 23 in 2005 and 27 in 2006. (For some reason I cannot find the 2004 form.) But we need to remember that there were 3 March dates available in 2003. Since the works at Donington will complete (are scheduled to complete ) only at the very beginning of April those dates are not available.

But I bet the actual usage of the circuit has not gone down. There are more bike meetings (I think) over the last couple of years and then there are lots of track days.
