Belatti should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Oh.... OK, and is the SmartCam catalogued as peripheral? Whats a peripheral anyways? (sorry, English is not my native tongue and sometimes I get confused)

The Smartycam is a peripheral, I have used it with my AIM MXL with the hub connected to it. From the hub I had the Smartycam and the GPS module running off it.

A peripheral in this context is a device that runs off the hub.

Another little problem with the EVO4...

I want to record data without RPM signal, can I?

I mean, I wish the logger begins recording each time the power is on or each time the GPS antenna moves... or something like that.

It doesnt seem to be an option if you have not RPM cable

How is your ECU connected? Via can? In race studio you have the option to turn off the rpm trace when reviewing the data.. its no big deal.

Any reason why you dont want to record RPM?

Is not that I dont want to record RPM... I CANT record RPM. It was an old car with Carburetor and I just wanted to record straight line aceleration.

With PI loggers I had a "manual recording" option but that doesnt seem to happen with AIM...

I also had problems to make lap splits using the GPS data...

You have a normal coil? I think I read in the manual and there is support the older style coil setup but you need an adapter.

Split time setup is easy, you can import the GPS track into the GPS manager and set them.

I used the logger with the normal coil. I just wanted to use it with no coil... like if I wanted to use it with an electric car or a bicycle... NO RPM!!!

Regarding split time setup, I`ll check the GPS manager and tell you what can I do.

Thanks

I havediscovered that the logger strats recording when the car moves if you use GPS speed instead of wheel sensor speed...
