I am now ready to pay my money and join a club to get on to a few more events.
Is it too late to volunteer for the 16th April?

Thanks again,

Welcome to the Orange Army Benj, i was the Incident Officer at Cascades yesterday. Hope you enjoyed your afternoon on post with us, even if it was a bit cold!!!!

You even got to help out with an incident as as well with the recovery of the Jaguar in the penultimate race.

If it takes a while you might see me out in orange again for the first time in a couple of years.

Hi Graham,

Hope that you're not too sore after your excursion / inversion!

Aye, after all these years of having basically nothing happen on my post... getting 2 of the Red Flags on Avenue, plus the the second incident in the first session of the Sports/Saloons.
And because of the great crew on there, ment the slight weak kneed moment after the VW came to say 'Ello' soon passed.
Great banter, and some truly terrible jokes set the scene for a good meeting.

Hi Mike, Thanks for helping me out and showing me the drill yesterday. I hope your trip to California goes well.

Oh, and I have now filled in some dates for some more duties so all being well I will see some of you on the 16th April.

if by the other side of the track you mean heading directly at the avenue box and breaking 5 armco posts before rebounding through the pack and ending up on the otherside of the track...then, yes.

Yes, it was a wee bit adjacent wasn't it Mark? Never knew three people could occupy such a small space in the corner of a box since my days of phone box records! Great day though from the first incident - was it really 7 seconds into first practice?? - through to a thoroughly racy 2CV jaunt.
