Of the two gents having the discussion by Paul Dibden,the one with the sideboards and less strained shirt is Alan Alby Everett who owns the Argo which Paul drives,and knowing Alby is probably making a humorous sarcastic remark !

Paul Dibden had an unsuccessful weekend at Thruxton, pulling off the circuit on his first Qualifying lap and retiring from the first race. I wonder if they are discussing the merit of allowing Paul out with the Historic Formula Fords to complete his three qualifying laps ?

The Jaguar Enthusiasts Club's 'Norman Dewis Trophy at the 2014 Castle Combe Autumn Classic provided plenty of entertainment for the enthusiastic crowd See Andy Wallace narrowly avoiding a spinning backmarker in Nigel Webb's D Type Jaguar.

I discussed with myself whether to post these as they are only screenshots and not mine, but I think the context is interesting. Back in the 70s old sports cars were just that, and these pictures are lifted from the Wiscombe Park hill climb page. It's at Wiscombe of course, photo credit to Alan Jeffrey.

I love the sight of these hugely valuable (these days) cars being driven up a driveway in Devon with no one watching, no razmatazz, no beautiful people. Just for the fun of it.

Whether you took them or not Max, they are a couple of great shots showing what a lovely place Wiscombe is. I only live forty odd miles away but have never visited Wiscombe. Must get down there, especially for the VSCC meeting.

GerryMo. a few clues to help;
1 they are not all the same make.
2 They do not all have the same engine.
3 It is not the same driver in each car.
4 They are not all the same colour.
5 They are not all of the same Class.
6 I have no idea either, which does not necessarily mean it is a difficult question.

Leave it to Cheddars, he is a real smarty pants.

Huron, TVR Chimaera, Lotus, ?, Van Diemen and Renault Clio. As said before, absolutely no link between those and certainly not with Rallycross!

Bob, your pic #4 is not a Seven is it? More likely a MK VI, right?
