They did everything they could to make sure I would not be able to watch the race.
And succeeded.

Everything behind a F***-ing paywall or exclusively on channels I cannot catch.

It was enjoyable but I must admit, that now the WDC's been decided, it was a tad difficult trying to keep my interest up. 7.

One of the years best races.Would probably have only turned out to be a 7 if Red Bull hadn’t messed up Max’s second stop.

Austin usually gives us a good race and did so again this year. An 8 from me. Great that Alonso and Stroll were OK. Sorry for Alonso on the penalty.

LeClerc's battle with Perez was good, as was Verstappen's fight back from 3rd. Plus some reasonable action lower down the field.

It was not a classic race, but was OK.

I confess I only saw about half of the highlights and my streaming was playing up, but I'd give it a 5, simply because I've always liked the track, even if races these days seem a forgone 'Max will win whatever' conclusion.

If in a 10 minute summary they put:
* the start (twice)
* Russell spinning out Sainz (3 times)
* Bottas getting beached
* the Alonso-Stroll accident (3 times)
* a single overtake (Verstappen on Hamilton)

then that race can't have been anything special.

The race was really two races. The part before the SC was terrible, and the part after was ok. Vettel and Norris did make it entertaining. Also, the best overtake of the season was done by Charles, so if the 10 minute highlights missed that they missed the best part.

There were some good bits; Leclerc on Perez, Hamilton resisting Verstappen, Vettel fighting with Schumacher. Yet it just didn’t press my buttons. Combining thos two conflicting comments, I gave it 7.
