Watching top speeds, as expected oreca 07's have the best average top speeds among lmp2's. Cadillacs rule there too.

This year will be my first year back to Daytona since 2013, and I"m really looking forward to it. Hopefully the P class is less of a runaway for any one manufacturer than last year. I'd like to see a Mazda upset, but honestly as long as the racing is good i don't have much of a horse in Prototype.

Excellent, I'd gladly watch a static camera feed at one of the horseshoes or turn 1 with RSL coverage overlaid.

Based on last year Cadillac also ran with sprint bodywork at Daytona aside from removing diveplanes. Orecas seem to be running sprint bodywork but with one instead of two diveplanes.

Perhaps the cold weather kept them on the sidelines? Not sure why it would though, because the race could be just as cold. I wonder if their recent testing accident played a role?

Guess it doesn't exist at all a low drag bodykit for cadillac dpi.

About mazda testing laptimes... you know... everyone is good enough to set single fast laps.... problem is how many laps can you mark before making engine blow?
look how many pole mazda scored in 2016, and then give a look at final standing
