Car-Share Thread
We spoke last week of considering sharing vehicles to/from motorsport events in a bid to reduce our petrol expenses.
I know it's possibly a bit late in the saeson but I thought I'd get the ball rolling by offering a lift for the following meeting: OULTON PARK - SATURDAY 24th SEPT Anyone going to this meeting wanting to car-share......living in Stoke(ish) please PM |

Ever the optimist following my suggestions for a lift share to Silverstone last weekend, I'll try again.
Is anybody going to Brands Hatch from somewhere in the Midlands for either of the next two weekends (A1GP or BTCC)? I don't mind driving (and offering a lift) but my boot is rather small & I am intending camping so it may be more practical to ask for a lift with somebody else. Any takers? PJ |

anybody need a lift down to prescott this weekend. i live near oulton park and i will b traveling south on the M6 then M5. If you live on the way then i will gladly pick u up on the way.
i will b leaving friday afterwork and coming back on the sunday. PM me if interested |

This is a good idea. Having started marshalling hitching a lifts from north of Nottingham to Donington and home I am well aware of transport "issues". (Far better to arrive in an ambulance than leave in it!!).
Next year I may well be appearing here! |
