NPP should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
No country 'needs' a GP, in fact I think any country would be better off without wasting taxpayers' money lining Bernie's pockets. Now I do like watching GPs so they must be run somewhere but things like the financial disaster surrounding the Nürburgring (and I believe, to a lesser extent, Hockenheim as well) make me prefer having them elsewhere.

140 km away from Helsinki may be too far for teams.

I like to try to place my "fantasy tracks" within 30 minutes drive from a major city. Limited spots, but definitely easier for the fans/teams.
