I saw that in Motorsport News today, I'm not suprised at all and I can see Mark moving forward on the grid next year.

It'll be interesting to see how it gets on in Proctors hands. I'm fairly certain Chilton squeezed a lot of results out of that car down to his talents.

And another car effectively confirmed on the grid for next year. Good luck to Mark. It's a shame that we'll probably lose Chilton for next year, but in practice he was never likely to be there in 2005, let alone 2006.

I don't want to sound like the party spoiler, but even though he can afford the car, he still has to find the budget to race an entire year or select races in the BTCC next year? What's his sponsor support like?

He had sponsorship from Euro Car Auctions, and his own business, Proctor Plant Sales this year too.

But it's fair to say his team run the car on a very tight budget.
