He’s a Porsche factory driver with a decent shot at a LMdH seat with them. He ain’t giving that up just for a Supercars ride.

I’m not sure about his long term future with Porsche.To maintain that gig you need to get to Platinum driver status.He hasn’t made it and nothing this year suggests he is close.Compare his progress with Michael Christensen who was in the same intake and he has come up short.They might give him 1 more year but it will need to be a big step up from 2021 to stay on the ladder.
If you look at the names and careers of the other Porsche factory drivers I’d say he has little chance of a LMdH drive.

Yes, Campbell will still be driving the Porsche GT cars all over the place -- Nurburgring 24 hour, Daytona 24 hour, Le Mans 24 hour etc. A much more prestigious drive than the Australian Touring Car Championship.

At least in NSW it is 3 weeks for Pfizer. But you are not technically considered fully vaccinated for 2 weeks after that.

People said the same about Alex Premat and Simona too.

Anyway Matt Campbell is a serious talent, and at the very least maybe we see him gain some seat time before Bathurst, which is no bad thing at all. I like the guy, and I hope he does really well.

All of this drama clearly explains Davey's form at SMP - difficult changing conditions on the track, and shocking drama and uncertainty off the track. Dave probably one of the last candidates to pull out a result with that kind of stress. Results really driven by his mental state.

I don't get that with Kayo either and the picture shits on Foxtel. Most of the world is watching streaming now, cable is an anachronism.

Copy protection system is different but also you don't have antivirus and **** on your TV. plus there is a good chance the TV has more RAM than a cheap laptop

Sure, but other streaming services such as Netflix and Disney plus stream without issue on the same laptop. And Kayo, even when not watching live, staggers along.

Foxtel/kayo in Windows at least uses a long deprecated DRM platform.

I find Kayo buffers all sports if i watch delayed coverage while its still happening (Like 1 hour behind) it can be unwatchable.

If im watching live there is very little to none (or i go down to channel 506 at the bottom of kayos page)
And if i watch delayed completely after the event is all over (Like f1 the next day). Its fine too.

Its like the Kayo servers have issues reading and writing the recording at the same time

I had trouble with buffering on Kayo when I ran it through my browser, once I downloaded the app on the TV I've had no problems
