Can't exactly say GR Asia's tactic of employing track by track pay drivers exactly worked out for them here huh?

9 laps is still the same length as normal, with no safety car (chances of that!?), each race will still be at least 22 minutes long.

And Muller out - well, dropped to 10th, almost impossible for Dirk to take the title now - he has to pass 8 cars and Priaulx DNF/No score.

Love it Martin..."Giovanardi can't win it, he's too many points behind and he doesn't have a car". (Sorry Dani, Alfafan et al)

Interesting first race, although Dirk Muller effectivly needs to win race 2 and Priaulx not to score for Priaulx not to take the WTCC championship, right? I sure hope so!

If Dirk wins, Andy musn't finish higher than 6th for Dirk to win the title.
If Dirk finishes second, Andy musn't finish higher than 8th.
If Dirk finishes anywhere else, it's Andy's.

How much would you put on Dirk?

Macau is being a destruction derby, (yet) more than other years.

Priaulx has been a well deserved champion. Congratulations.

Only 11 cars finished race 2 out of 26 race 1 starters...

I agree it is marvellous to host a WTCC race in Macau and all the rest, but the circuit is really, really very narrow.

Congratulations to Andy Priaulx though, he has been really fantastic and is a truly deserving champion. I think I saw Mario Thiessen in Macau. Hopefully he will consider giving Priaulx a bigger role in F1.

Yeah I agree, when he had his test he was only 2.5 seconds off Pizonia's pace which is pretty good considering Andy had crap tyres and he had also not been in a single seater for 3 years!

A great drive from a great champion! It was also good to see Chevy doing well but am I the only one to notice that when Menu and Nanini do well Huffy is at the back and vica-versa?

Menu disqualified: not enough fuel left in the tank after the race (minimum of 3l is required).
