Angus, sorry to take so long to reply, I just don't visit this section too often. The picture was taken during a tyre test session at Silverstone, and the helmet is that of Jacques Lafitte the car a Williams. I have always assumed that Jacques was indicating that Frank was a dictator, probably after some 'advice' from Mr Williams.

It was just an amusing snap, and some years ago I passed a copy to Claire Williams.
