It looks 100% uninspiring to me. Still, looks can be deceiving at this stage in the game.

That's absolutely AMAZING!! I love it! I'm still a little sceptical about it all being finished before the 1st race in October.

when you have almost no budget for this project, I am sure all the hardwares will be in place by next year. I think the biggest challenge they will face will be finding the people to manage it.

Isn't there a budget to speak of at all?! I figured that if it was for Abu Dhabi which runs on oil, I thought there would be a large budget. Looking at the plans for it, I would have to say many many millions.

50,000 seems a little low considering the number of grandstands pictured. Luxury seating with 50" seat pitch?!

Looks like another 90 degree slow corner nightmare.

It could be any track designed by Tilke, cut paste, add & repeat, ad nauseam.

This circuit design definitely reminds me of Spa (flipped) and Hockenhiem, with a bit of Monaco touch to it. They even have a private berth for yacht right next to the garage.

Hmnn... My main thought it that it would be lot better in reverse, then the hairpin could be used for overtaking. Otherwise it's not particularity inspiring.

Well whatever anyone thinks, they have plenty of work to do. Flew over the circuit a couple of times on tuesday.. and only 9 months to go (before the FIA inspection).
