Bike racing R6 at mallory
I can see this part of the site does not break down into bike club racing like the car topics.
So any help would be appreciated as I'm really into cars. I've been asked by a friend to try to find out what gearing a standard 2002 R6 should run at Mallory. I do not like passing info on that's not my own, but if it's proven.... I already have an idea - but would like a second opinion. It's his first race so he's really not that sure what he's getting into.... However that's not to say he is a slow coach - Testing on a standard road bike with road tyres with standard suspension settings and totally wrong gearing did see him post times that could see a top three finish in that club. So when he actually get's the bike race prepared, should be interesting to see. He's got to get him self into it - but I will try to help for his first event. Thank's KD |
