Raoul Duke should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Lee, on the surface your idea sounds great. however, with the heavy schedule that the Nascar drivers must face. I question whether they would have time to travel overseas, and not be phased by jetlag.

Yes, well, scheduling is always a stumbling block, isn't it? It's probably not feasable to have such a series in reality, but it's nice to think of.

Calling an oval-only NASCAR support series the International Race of Champions is a gross misnomer, though.
